ACCOMMODATION / PRICING
Whenever David and Anne can find a reason, they stay in other b&b’s – and
most of the time they find something to emulate (occasionally it works the other
way too – they decided to pass on the crocheted toilet roll covers).

All of the beds have a fluffy down duvet (a lighter duvet is provided during
the summer months) and all of the bed linen and towels are Egyptian cotton. Each
room has a television with DVD or VCR, and in addition to the tapes found in the
rooms, there is a small library of movies on the landing for guests to choose
from. There are tea/coffee making facilities with local bottled water or a filter
jug (more environmentally friendly!), with a selection of coffees and teas as
well as a bit of choccie or biscuit to take the edge off. By the way, each of
the bathrooms has a window!
A word about prices: the 2008 prices, which are shown, have gone up by only £1 per person per night
to allow continuing upgrades and maintaining the 5-star status. As before, the higher price
is for stays of 1-2 nights; a discount applies for stays of 3-4 nights, with a
further discount for 5+ nights.
