The Garden Cottage has come a long way from its humble beginning as a laundry, coal shed and gardener’s privy (it was originally called The Privvy, but we thought Garden Cottage sounds more inviting).
It is now a lovely apartment with a full size bedroom and an open-plan lounge with a small dining area and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hob) as well as a shower room. TV, DVD & ipod docking.Warm shades of wood and an oriental feel to the period furniture, art work and soothing colours, make for a calm and peaceful ambience. The sofa in the lounge makes up into an optional additional bed which works very well for two children or one adult. A private patio outside with table and chairs is for guests’ exclusive use. Your well-behaved dog is welcome in the Garden Cottage.
Prices:
£41.50 - £46.50/night per person for double occupancy, or £60 - £70 for single occupancy, depending on no. of nights - the lowest price is for 5+ nights, but we offer a discounted rate for as few as 2 nights.
